Woodspirit, made of poplar, about 24" high (50cm) waxed, and a bit of burning! Will put it in a corner in the garden

 

all carving are made using knives and gouges in the traditional way, and are crafted from a number of woods, Lime (Basswood), poplar,cedar, apple etc.
